Pilates Associates' Flagship Studio, The PILATES Room, is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, fully-equipped facility boasting panoramic views of the hillsides in Ithaca, NY. The training center is located within the business tower of a 65,000 sq foot health club & wellness center and shares the second floor with Rasa Spa, the region's premiere day spa. The Island Health Center is also home to Cayuga Sports Medecine, Cayuga Medical Center's Physical Therapy Department, and Cayuga Center for Healthy Living.
