Payment/Refund Policy
- An initial payment equal to 50% of the total course fee, in addition 100% of the non-refundable manuals & materials fee will be debited from your credit card to reserve your space in the course.
- Cancellations with more than 30 days (31+ days) notice are refunded in full, minus a $225 processing fee.
- No refunds are available for cancellation with 30 days notice or less. However, tuition may be credited towards another course within 12 months. After 12 months all fees are fofeited.
- Registration with less than 30 days before start date of the first course requires a non-refundable payment of 50%. In the event of cancellation, the 30-day policy applies.
- Tuition balance is due on or before the first day of class unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.
- Any unpaid balances will incurr a 5% monthly financing fee until balance is paid in full.
- Manuals/materials are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during shipping. If a manuals/materials shipment shows signs of damage upon receipt, manuals/materials may be returned for duplicate copies. Duplicate copies will not be sent until original damaged item is received at:

Items shipped from amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com must be returned per individual internet merchant return policies. Pilates Associates does not accept Internet purchase returns. Please see amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com policies online for more details.

Payment Plan Option
- 5% will be added to the total cost of courses, manuals, & materials.
- 50% of the total is due upon registration.
- The remaining tuition balance will be broken into 12 monthly payments.
- Payments will be automatically debited from your credit card on the 15th of every month.
- Payments begin one month following the course start date.
- The monthly payment amount is calculated based on the courses purchased.
- Individual Modules may be added and paid in full, or added and refinanced.
- All financing is calculated one time at "financing start date", and added to the base fee. Once added, the finance charge will neither be raised nor lowered during the term of financing. Interest is not be compunded.
- If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, debits will be processed the following business day.
