Let's face it; not everyone has the resources to quit their job and go to school full-time. Our program provides individual attention yet requires minimal time away from home. Students have the option to complete much of the program's coursework via live/interactive web conferences during the week, with periodic in-person skill checks. All classes are conducted at our training center in Ithaca, New York and simultaneously broadcast via a live interactive web stream to students enrolled worldwide. This allows a huge amount of flexibility for our students juggling career, family & education.
Train Remotely
You'll have the option to work remotely on verbal and visual teaching techniques, case studies, and research assignments. This preparation results in a shorter period of attendance at the training center to fine-tune pedagogy and hands-on cueing technique.
Train Locally
If you prefer 100% hands-on instruction, attend classes locally and take advantage of our fully equipped studio for practice with no additional charge. PLUS, take Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Tower classes for a full year for FREE!
Hybrid Training
If you are juggling a job and kids, but are passionate about becoming a Pilates Teacher, our Remote+ Hybrid Training option is your best bet. Train remotely during the week and join us at the studio on Sundays for in-person progress checks.
